Open-Source Semiconductor
The era of COVID has changed the world. The semiconductor industry has also changed. The open-source electronic design automation tools are now equivalent to the commercial tools. We use them extensively to design chips.
With the support from Google few FABs have made their process design kits open. Now people can download and use them without signing and document. Even there is no need to write mails to anybody. We manufacture our designs with those FABs. We have done six tapeouts so far.
Accomplished work.
We have done six tapeouts with 13 IPs so far. The die size varies from 1 mm2 to 10 mm2. We are constantly working on new designs. And we are taping our chip twice a year. Feature rich SoCs are expected soon.
Our Brilliant Team.
We have a great pool of young engineers. Over the years they have joined and left. Skanda, Spoorthi, Priyanshu, Muzammil, Divya, Sairam, Kamalesh, Deeksha.
Our engineers design the IPs. They do not work on the designs that come from overseas. They do not verify the designs from other country. They do not fix bug which is created by others. They create their own design and verify, debug their own designs.
